A marathon, like life, can be impossible to train for and complete without a support system around you. This group of women will give you the tools and the vital support you need to train and cross the finish line of the 2010 PF Chang's "Rock 'N' Roll" Arizona Marathon. Daily workouts provided for individual training Monday-Friday and then meet with other women of LLC on Saturdays for encouragement and extended group runs.
